Students entering 8th grade are required to have a Tdap booster and Meningitis #1 (MCV) vaccine.
Students entering 12th grade are required to have MCV dose #2.
8th grade and 12th grade students who needed those vaccines were mailed letters last spring.
Vaccine information for incoming kindergarteners was distributed to parents at Kindergarten Round-Up.
Missouri state law requires students to be immunized against vaccine preventable diseases. Proof of immunizations is required on or before the first day of school (August 24, 2026). Proof can be brought directly to the school or faxed from the health department or doctor's office to the school. Questions can be directed to the Holt County Health Department, the student's primary care provider, or Brandy White, BSN-RN, School Nurse.
