As many of you know, I sent home a packet when we dismissed on Tuesday, March 17, 2020. I will continue to add resources to help you and your child(ren) during this time. I want to emphasize again how important it is to talk to your child(ren) about what is going on with the coronavirus. Some other suggestions: limit exposure to the news, stick to routines, and set daily goals.
Here are some additional resources - videos, activities, and ideas. Please e-mail me if you have any questions. I will be availale during office hours of Tuesday and Thursday from 9-11.

Additional activities that you could use throughout your days at home...
1. Use old magazines to cut out pictures to create a collage of themselves. They can cut out letters to make words too (because sometimes you can't find a picture that you want). They can create portfolios of many people/things.
2. Build a fort and then take it down before the day is over.
3. Build a terrarium - dig up a plant outside, put it into a plastic cup, place a mason jar or any glass jar over it. Watch it grow over our time off.
